User Accounts

SMS Messaging

By signing up for Alada, you consent to receive SMS messages from us as part of our service. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by updating your settings or texting STOP to our service number.

Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and store in Alada (your tasks, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee that Alada will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems that could lead to interruptions, delays, or errors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
